Just spend a few minutes mapping out your week, being sure to include your priorities first (i.e. meal prep, workouts, time with your family). Then add all the other stuff in. Out of room? You’ll have to think about cutting some things out. Remember: sometimes you have to say NO so you can be sure to say YES to the important things.
