Dear Service Entrepreneurs:
I’ve been hearing from so many of you lately that you’re tired of struggling to find clients. You’ve done everything you know how to do and it still isn’t enough. Does this sound like you?
You’ve tweaked your marketing plan, updated your offerings, optimized your website.
You’ve built relationships with your prospects via online and offline networking.
You’ve tried getting some interest from the media, but they never return your calls.
You’ve offered free “sample sessions,” discounts, coupons and many other options that have cut into your bottom line.
You know that it’s critical you choose your niche market, but locking onto just one feels difficult or somehow wrong.
And even if you have chosen a niche, you have no idea how to set yourself apart from your competition, which seems to be rich with clientele, while you are hunting high and low for your clients.
I understand. When I started my coaching business back in 2005, I had no idea where to find my next client.
I knew I was a great coach, and I was willing to work with ANYONE on ANYTHNG they needed! I couldn’t understand why I couldn’t find my clients.
I searched, networked, exchanged business cards and often gave away my stuff for free.
For two years I felt this impending doom that I was going to have to give up on my business because it was just too hard to find people to hire me.
I wasn’t getting a high return on my investment of time, effort, energy and money.
And the stress was causing a lot of trouble with my husband and family life. This wasn’t what I had in mind when I became a mompreneur and a coach.
There are a gazillion internet marketing gurus out there who tell you they have all the secrets you need to know to make a lot of money in your business. I’m not a guru and I don’t keep secrets. I’m a mom, a coach, an
entrepreneur and a mentor. I don’t sell silver bullets and magic pills that make you rich (or slim!). I am passionate about helping other entrepreneurs achieve success on their own terms, just as I have.
Wanna know what worked for me?
First, I met this fabulous woman named Rhonda Hess, who I promptly hired as my business coach. It really helps to have a coach and mentor light the easy and prosperous path!
Second, Rhonda helped me identify and target a narrow market that matched the skills, passion, and knowledge capital I have to offer. It was like figuring out who I really was for the first time! I created a name, a
company and a brand and started building from there.
Once I figured out who I was marketing to and what made them tick, I quickly found a few clients…and then a few more…
And then I reached the “tipping point” for my business, where everything changed…
Wouldn’t you love this to be your story?
Your ideal clients seek you out, instead of you having to hunt them down.
You have a pipeline full of warm, qualified leads who already know the value of what you offer.
Your clients eagerly await your new services, products and programs.
Your industry recognizes you as an expert and frequently invites you to collaborate, speak and write for top events and publications.
The media knows your name, email address and phone number and uses you as their go-to person for stories about your market.
Your clients offer frequent and public testimonials about the value of your products and services, without even being asked!
If this sounds like satisfaction and success to you, then you don’t want to miss:
